I started J Potts Logistics in Carlisle in early 2019 with one van and one route. Today we run 32 drivers across DPD, DX, DHL and InPost — and we built our own ops platform because the spreadsheet-and-WhatsApp approach the industry runs on isn't fit for purpose.
